We have an edge over our competitors due to the following value-added services that we provide in the addition to the conventional guarding:- · Total security solution under one roof. · We provide uniformed security personnel and also allied services such as investigation services, security surveys, security audits, and event security for concerts, exhibitions that have successfully handled various events. · Half-yearly training of your staff for first – aid, fire fighting & bomb threat. · Maintain all the legal compliances including pf / esic& group insurance. · Reliever charges will be minimum exclusively and will be confidential. · Service charges up to 8%, depending upon the volume of staffing. · Support timing will be half an hour at Indore and 01 hours for outers, in fact, we have provided bouncers to Threpsi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Indore warehouse in just 10 minutes on an event of misbehaving and fighting in office premises. · We will be rotating every security personnel every 06 months. · 02 days of on job training (OJT) at office premises on duty. · Our complaint ratio is minimum and the tat to resolve the problem is depend upon the incident, the maximum tat to resolve any issue is within a day or on the spot in terms of corrections, in spite, the incident can’t be legal. · We had deployed our security personnel at an international cricket match as third-party management at Indore M.P.
