Security Training Center

·         Our training center is situated at MR 11, Indore; this is the outer area so that the trainees can concentrate on their training without any hassle & disturbances.

·         We have an in-house area of more than 15000 sq. feet including built-up residing rooms, a washroom, and 2  well-equipped grounds for training.

·         Our training center is well equipped with all the necessary requirement & necessary equipment’s for training purpose.

·         Training related to first – aid, firefighting & bomb threat training arranging and managing successfully with essential equipment’s by our professional trainers retired personnel from Army, Air Force, Navy, Fire station & Anti bomb squad.

·         Aegis Security Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Carries out training at basis, refreshers, and specialized levels at other institutes in indore.

·         (M.P) entrant is put through induction and basic training schedules and then undergoing specialize training is imparted where required.

How we help security personnel @ our training center:

·         Review the supervision system for security personnel by

ü  Random spot checks using field supervisors

ü  Guard check-ins

ü  Guard tour tracking systems.

·         Assess the training provided to the security personnel with some points like

ü  Whether the training occurred actually?

ü  Who was responsible for providing the training?

ü  How long was the training for each guard?

ü  Are their post orders that can be used for training?

·         Verify security personnel’s personal details and qualification mentioned by them, without original documentation checks.

·         Perform time to time inspections to improve standards.

·         Regular visits to training centre by our professional staff.

·         We always make sure whether the staff for training the security personnel is well qualified to train the staff or we need to improve the quality of syllabus and structures covering under training.
