Gunman

·         Any un-natural/abnormal event seen will be reported to higher chain of reporting immediately.

·         Compliance of psu’s/superior authority orders will be carried out.

·         Violation of chain of command will be a matter of concern inviting disciplinary action.

·         Show cause notice’s reply to be submitted within three days to the company office personally. Grievances shall be reported through proper channel.

·         Gunman will be in possession of arms and license. Gun will not be taken away from armoury without the information /permission from this office.

·         They will be alert and will not leave post without relief

·         No unauthorized entrant will be allowed. They will challenge & deal with as per law. Reporting to higher channel shall be resorted when intermediate is non-responsive.

·         They will prevent sabotage and guard the area of responsibility.

·         They will deal with fire as per fire fighting drill in case of fire.

·         Handbills pasting on walls will not be allowed.

·         Handing/ taking over will be signed in the register.

·         They will conduct visitors as per orders of administration.

·         They will assist each other in performing their duties.

·         They will perform any other duties allotted to them by management.

·         Gun-man will perform the duties of supervisor in absence of supervisor.
